INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF FACILITY ONLINE SIGN UP
MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO SIGN UP ONLINE.
IMPORTANT
Sign the ONLINE WAIVER via email FIRST, your app WILL NOT unlock the door until the attached waiver is signed and a clear selfie is uploaded!
Initial setup and membership purchase.
Step 1: Click on which membership you would like, you will be prompted to make an account for our facility.
Step 2: Check email to set up profile and SIGN WAIVER.
Step 3: Return to Smithstruefitness.com and select package you would like to purchase, enter your log in info that you used to create your rhinofit profile.
Step 4: Purchase membership.
***Barcode in a drop down under your name on the rhinofit app***
For Access
- Waiver must be signed and clear face selfie uploaded when signing up online
- Do not allow anyone in the door other than yourself
- Inside shoes - NO outside shoes allowed down the hall into the gym
- Exit through the entrance door
Contract Agreement
- Any 3,6, or 12 month membership that is not paid in full is a binding contract.
- You are responsible to make all of the payments in the agreed contract.
- All memberships auto renew for your convenience until requested otherwise by signing to cancel the auto renew in the office
- Can not cancel through social media, phone, or email - sign to cancel in office Do not sign up if you do not agree to come into the office to sign when you are ready to cancel.
- Signing up online holds the same legally binding contract agreement as signing up in person/ By signing up you are agreeing to all the terms in the contract
