Rules For Access
- Waiver must be signed and clear face selfie uploaded if signing up online
- Do not allow anyone in the door other than yourself except if bringing a guest 18 OR OLDER that has signed a day pass waiver (every time)
- Clean shoes
- Exit through the exit door in the cardio area.
Contract Agreement
- Any 3,6, or 12 month membership that is not paid in full is a binding contract.
- You are responsible to make all of the payments in the agreed contract.
- Signing up online holds the same legally binding contract agreement as signing up in person
- All memberships auto renew for your convenience until requested otherwise
- Can not cancel through social media, phone, or email - sign to cancel in office
