 For Access

• Waiver must be signed and clear face selfie uploaded when signing up online
•  Do not allow anyone in the door other than yourself ​
• Inside shoes  - NO outside shoes allowed down the hall into the gym
•  Exit through the entrance door

​​Contract Agreement

• Any 3,6, or 12 month membership that is not paid in full is a binding contract. 
• You are responsible to make all of the payments in the agreed contract. ​​
• Cancellation Policy: To ensure secure processing, contract cancellations must be completed and signed in person at our office. We are unable to accept cancellation requests via phone, email, or social media
• Signing up online holds the same legally binding contract agreement as signing up in person/ By signing up you are agreeing to all the terms in the contract
