UNDER 18 MUST BE APPROVED BY OWNER
SIGN UP IN THE OFFICE ONLY

NO GUEST PASS UNDER 18 DURING NON OFFICE HOURS WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION

15-17 full membership with keycard 
 Parent must co-sign membership/ waiver

13-14 limited membership  
Parent must co-sign membership/waiver in office

Parent has membership and present everytime
With adult supervision only
NO CHARGE 

8-12 years old - No memberships 
Parent must do a meet and sign waiver in the office
 Visits limited to 1-2 times a month 

Parent has membership and present everytime
DIRECT​ adult  supervision 
 NO CHARGE

7 and under NOT ALLOWED
